Tasting notes
The 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon (Napa Valley) is soft, supple and absolutely delicious. I would prefer to drink this forward, racy Cabernet over the next few years. The Napa Valley Cabernet captures all of the raciness of the year in a soft, mid-weight style that is hugely appealing. Bright floral notes open up with time in the glass.

Composed of 88% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Merlot, 2% Cabernet Franc, 1% Petit Verdot and 1% Malbec, the deep garnet-purple colored 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon gives up flamboyant notes of red roses, black tea and fragrant soil over a core of warm cassis, redcurrant jelly and dried mint. Medium-bodied, soft and juicy, the palate is impressively constructed, offering great harmony and freshness on the finish. 558 cases were made.
