Tasting notes
The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Her Majesty's Secret Service is one of the more overtly powerful wines in the range. Then again, that's Stagecoach. Black cherry, plum, mocha, licorice, dark spice all flesh out in this decidedly potent Cabernet Sauvignon. Graphite and smoke are some of the many overtones that develop in the glass. Incisive, mountain tannins give the wine its shape and overall dimension.

From the Stagecoach Vineyard in the southern part of the appellation, the 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Her Majesty’s Secret Service is one of the bigger, richer wines in the lineup. Black fruits, smoked earth, chocolate, spring flowers and hints of lavender all emerge from this rich, full-bodied, concentrated wine that has terrific mid-palate depth, building tannin, hints of background oak, and a great finish. It needs 4-5 years of cellaring and will keep for two decades.
The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Her Majesty's Secret Service Stagecoach Vineyard is a medium to deep garnet-purple color with an earthy nose over a baked cherries and plums core plus underbrush and smoked meat notions. Full-bodied and generously fruited with firm, grainy tannins, it finishes savory.
