Tasting notes
I always love the Cabernet Sauvignon Bettinelli Sleeping Lady Vineyard from winemaker Benoit Touquette and the 2019 is no exception, offering a kaleidoscope-like array of cassis, blueberries, iron, crushed stone, and spice. Nicely focused on the palate, medium to full-bodied, concentrated, and straight-up gorgeous, drink it over the coming 15+.

Deep garnet-purple colored, the 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Bettinelli Sleeping Lady Vineyard charges out of the gate with bold notions of blackcurrant pastilles, stewed plums and blueberry pie, plus hints of rose hip tea, cracked black pepper and tar. Big, concentrated and muscular in the full-bodied mouth, it has ripe, plush tannins and just enough freshness, finishing long and fragrant.
