2001 Archery Summit Pinot Noir Arcus Estate

Bright, dark red. Aromas of mocha and coffee, lifted by a floral element. Sweet, concentrated flavors of strawberry and fresh herbs. A bit less tangy and primary than the Red Hills bottling, but dense and sweet, with noteworthy consistency of texture. Not quite as pliant on the aftertaste.
