Score 92/100 · Stephen Tanzer, Vinous, May 2012
Bright gold. Spicy, precise aromas of pear skin, yellow plum and citrus zest, with an intense floral accent. Deep, musky lemon pith and herb flavors are impressively taut and nervy, with a dusty mineral underpinning adding lift and cut. The long, dry finish shows very good clarity and a spicy, seductive floral tone.
