Green-hued yellow. Highly complex aromas of pear skin, smoky peat, iodine, flowers and lemon zest. Reminds me a bit of an Islay whisky. Densely packed, spicy and focused, with excellent energy to the candied citrus, mineral and spice flavors. This has a powerful core of minerality and shows superb depth and back end energy. Finishes long and smoky, with strong suggestions of minerals, violet and iodine. Wild stuff.
