Score 93/100 · Drink 2018-2033, Lisa Perrotti-Brown MW, Wine Advocate, Aug 2018
The 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve gives a deep garnet color and is scented of baked cherries, warm mulberries, preserved plums and cassis with touches of spice cake, black pepper, unsmoked cigars and bay leaves. Medium to full-bodied with a firm, impactful frame supporting the vibrant, slowly evolving fruit, it finishes very long and very earthy.

Good deep ruby-red. Medicinal aromas of cassis, licorice and eucalyptus. Offers good texture and intensity but the juicy dark berry flavors are accompanied by a strong element of minty pine needle. Finishes persistent but dry and a bit tough. I'm not wild for the cooperage here.
