The 2016 Prêt à BoireRosé is silky, perfumed and gracious, all qualities that make it a good choice for drinking now and over the next year or two. Cranberry, wild flowers and soft, silky curves give the wine its immediacy and overall appeal.

A ridiculously expensive rose, the 2016 Pret a Boire Rose sports a medium salmon color as well as enjoyable citrus, white cherry and dried orange peel aromatics. Clean, crisp and well made, drink it over the coming 3-4 months.
Very pale salmon-pink colored, the 2016 Pret a Boire Rosé—a blend of 35% Syrah and 65% Grenache—offers up red cherries and raspberries on the nose with hints of cinnamon stick, white pepper and wild thyme. Medium-bodied, it features lively red berry flavors laced with herbal accents and supported by a racy backbone, finishing on a peppery note.
