Tasting notes
The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon is gorgeous. Dark, supple and inviting, the 2015 has a lot to offer in its succulent personality. All the elements simply fall into place in a delicious, fruity Cabernet Sauvignon that can be enjoyed with minimal cellaring. Black cherry, plum, lavender and exotic spice infuse this distinctive, pliant Cabernet Sauvignon from Clark-Caudon.

The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon is more open and opulent than the Eternity cuvee and has a lifted, complex bouquet of plum sauce, Asian spices, black currants, and incense. With full-bodied richness, an opulent, silky texture, sweet, sweet tannin, and a great finish, it’s open and approachable, yet is going to sing for upwards of two decades.
Deep garnet-purple colored, the 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon opens with lively wild blueberry and fresh blackberry notes with underlying tobacco leaf, violets and bay leaves hints plus a waft of cedar. Medium to full-bodied with a refreshing backbone and firm, fine-grained tannins to support the bombastic, youthful fruit, it has a long finish with some spices coming through.
