Tasting notes
This is deep and ruby in hue, while the aromas are spicy, brightly oaky and reminiscent of red cherries. Ripe yet fresh and tangy flavors recall cherries and raspberries, while a vein of darker plum comes in and lingers on the long finish. It's serious and delightful at the same time, and will age well; delicious now, but best after 2016. — Jim Gordon

Bright ruby. Deeply pitched dark berry and cherry compote aromas are lifted by a smoky mineral quality and a suave floral nuance. Offers sweet dark berry and rose pastille flavors and a bright jolt of blood orange that adds a refreshingly bitter nate. Chewy tannins firm the finish, with the cherry and mineral notes strongly echoing.
