The 2018 Pinot Noir Weir Vineyard, from a site in the Yorkvillle Highlands, presents a whole range of floral and savory notes to play off its mid-weight structure. Crushed flowers, mint, sage, dried cherry and autumn leaves are all nicely balanced throughout. This is an especially ethereal style.
