Coming from the Sonoma Coast, the ruby-hued 2017 Pinot Noir Terra De Promissio Vineyard offers a spice-filled bouquet of ripe cherries, cranberries, flowery incense, smoke, and forest floor. It's a rounded, nicely textured 2017 that has sweet tannins, plenty of upfront fruit, and a great finish. It's another beautifully complete wine that's going to evolve gracefully.

Sultry aromas of rose and lavender carry the nose of this earthy, coastal wine. Flavors of wild raspberry, strawberry, blood orange and rhubarb weave around crisp, seamless acidity. Light in style, it is complex and beautiful. — Virginie Boone

The 2017 Pinot Noir Terra de Promissio Vineyard is a wine of exquisite nuance. Bright and delineated, the 2017 shows the more understated side of the vintage off to great effect. Everything is in miniature in a Pinot that speaks with a quiet, reserved voice. And yet, it's all there. Bright and vibrant, the 2017 will drink well for many years to come. A closing flourish of red-toned fruit and floral overtones add to the wine's allure. (AG)
