The only white in a set of five 2020 Burgundian wines from Kosta Browne winemaker Julian Howsepian in which he’s playing négociant. Vibrant and fresh with complex lemon and candied ginger and mineral aromas. A rich mouthfeel and saline-mid-palate, where ripe stone and orchard fruits mingle with crème brûlée. Utterly delicious to drink and finishes with just a hint of Marcona almond. Aged in 14% new French oak. (JC)
