Tasting notes
The 2021 Pinot Noir Little Hill is expressive and pure. It has detailed scents of rhubarb and pomegranate and continually unfolding tones of charcuterie, licorice, orange peel and herbs. The light-bodied palate is chalky and refreshing with impressively concentrated, detailed fruit and a very long finish with a flourish of spicy accents. (EB)

The 2021 Pinot Noir Little Hill is packed with dark red/purplish berry fruit, and hints of graphite, underbrush, licorice and lavender that add a palpable element of seriousness. This brooding, intense Pinot needs a few years in bottle to unwind. It is pretty impressive, though, and quite promising. (AG)
Medium ruby-purple, the 2020 Pinot Noir Little Hill has intense aromas of cranberry, pomegranate, orange peel, aniseed, potpourri and iron. The medium-bodied palate is concentrated and spicy with generous, grainy tannins, fresh acidity and a long, layered finish. Lovely!
The 2020 Pinot Noir Little Hill is one of the darker wines in this range. It offers up scents of blueberry, cloves, licorice and lavender. There's good weight and body, along with a fair bit of tannin to wrap it all up. (AG)
