Deep red. Expressive aromas of raspberry, woodsmoke, potpourri and white pepper. Intensely flavored but light on its feet, with a sappy quality and good spicy lift to its red berry flavors. Very pinot in its medium-bodied spicy, floral style. Finishes with gentle tannins and lingering sweetness. Drinks very well now.
