Black cherry, plenty of overt fruit power. Opulent and powerful. Very little complexity though. (RH)

Straightforward Napa cabernet with blueberries, minerals and currants. Medium to full body with fine tannins and a clean finish. Corison always makes refined, drinkable cabenets. Drink or hold.
About the producer

Corison
Cathy Corison is one of Napa’s leading lights – a matriarch of the region who crafts defiantly elegant Cabernet Sauvignon from her old vines on the benchland between Rutherford and St Helena. These refined, long-ageing wines are some of Napa’s most impressive.
