(like the Sonoma County and Sonoma Coast bottlings, this is also just under 14% alcohol) Good bright red-ruby color. Crushed cherry, spices, underbrush and a wilder suggestion of meat on the highly aromatic nose. Offers similar elements in the mouth, with the red fruits complicated by a slightly decadent underbrush element. Finishes with fairly full but smooth tannins and good length.
