Tasting notes
The 2015 Chardonnay One Sixteen is terrific. Apple peel, toasted nuts, brioche and hints of honey Combe give way to a rich, textured Chardonnay that has impressive mid-palate density, integrated acidity, and a great finish. This is a classic, high-quality Chardonnay well worth your time and money.

A wine of textural elegance, the 2015 Chardonnay One Sixteen is also a fabulous example of the house style at Kosta Browne today. Lemon confit, chamomile and almond are some of the many notes that meld together in this soft, super-inviting Chardonnay. Here, too, there is lovely richness, but no excess weight. Sweet floral and minty notes add the closing shades of complexity.
You have to like the fruit here with dried citrus, apple and pear. Hints of vanilla. Full body, round and juicy. Lime undertones. Savory, clear and focused. Mineral. Racy. Drink now.
