Tasting notes
A darker, more opaque magenta/ruby hue, the 2021 Pinot Noir Treehouse Vineyard is slower to open on the nose, revealing more introspective, dark aromas of black cherries, licorice, sappy herbs, and menthol. Medium to full-bodied, it takes on richer structure as well, with a more grounded feel, ripe tannins, broad shoulders, and an earthy finish. It is going to need time to show its potential and may well improve.

The 2021 Pinot Noir Treehouse Vineyard was aged in 43% new French oak for 18 months. It’s ultra fragrant, releasing scents of lavender, aniseed, bitters, pomegranate and iron. The medium-bodied palate is bursting with concentrated, autumnal flavors and offers notable purity. It’s structured by grainy tannins and vibrant acidity and has a long, spicy finish.
