Tasting notes
Deep garnet in color, the 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon opens with notions of baked plums, fruitcake, black olives and balsamic with hints of leather, spice box and stewed tea. Full-bodied, the palate is coated with maturing black fruits and spicy flavors, supported by firm, ripe, grainy tannins and seamless freshness, finishing with great length.

Another supple, super-ripe wine, the estate's 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon is sure to find many admirers. Today, it is the wine's supple, inviting personality that is impossible not to love. Mocha, spices, dark cherries and plums all wrap around the juicy, deeply expressive finish. This is another totally sexy 2009 from Constant that should enjoy a broad drinking window.
