Tasting notes
A low yielding, cool vintage produced super-concentrated fruit. The dense ruby/purple-hued 2008 exhibits abundant blue and red fruits, especially blueberries and raspberries, intermixed with forest floor-like notes. With surprising concentration as well as a thick, juicy mouthfeel as well as undeniable elegance and precision, this dense 2008 should drink beautifully for another 10-15 years.

The 2008 Pinot Noir Rosemary's Vineyard captures all of the signature elements of the house style. A sweet bouquet redolent of freshly cut roses, flowers, raspberries and spices makes a strong first impression. This is a gorgeous, perfumed Pinot endowed with layers of subtle fruit and stunning overall balance.
Deep, bright red. High-pitched, perfumed aromas of crushed raspberry, pungent minerality and candied rose petal. Silky, suave and refined, with superb clarity to its pure flavors of crushed red berries, rose pastille and blood orange. A strikingly sappy and insinuating wine, with a finely focused, pure finish. This wine's balance is very impressive.
