Lime panna cotta, brioche, honey, flint and iodine define the nose, and these pretty tones are echoed on the palate. Medium-bodied, satiny and seamless, its layered flavors are expansive and expressive. Its concentration is balanced by electric acidity, and it has a very long, mineral-driven finish. 284 cases were made.
