Score 88/100 · Drink 2018-2022, Stephen Tanzer, Vinous, Sep 2018
Pale, bright yellow. Nicely focused scents of lemon peel and mint, plus a musky suggestion of white grapefruit. Offers excellent saline intensity for the category, with lovely energy and density to its lime and mineral flavors. Unusually sappy and concentrated for its appellation, this puts a lot of 2016 village wines to shame. Refreshing already but should hold for a few years.
