Light gold. Earthy, marrowy, smoky scents of ripe pear, apple, musky cherry and ginger candy. Thick and rich, with a supple texture and good heft. Ripe, spicy apple and yellow plum flavors are broad and velvety. This would ideal with richly sauced shellfish dishes or lighter meat courses.
