Tasting notes
Deep, slightly hazy straw color. Exotic nose hints at tropical fruits and honey. The fattest of these wines to this point, but not the sweetest. Broad, thick and full, but does it have enough flavor intensity for outstanding? One senses a caramelization of the grape sugars here.

The tightly-knit, relatively closed 2004 Chardonnay Richard Dinner Vineyard Cuvee Agustina is certainly outstanding, but currently is playing it close to the vest, and I could not coax a lot out of it. While it is obviously an outstanding, rich effort, the Walker Station and Ulises Valdez cuvees are revealing more personality at present. The Cuvee Agustina will undoubtedly last 5-6 years.
