2011 Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley

The 2011 Cabernet Sauvignon has aged well, which is good, but it also come across as quite strict and severe in its tannins, perhaps because there is less fruit and overall mid-palate depth. Bright, red-toned fruit, rose petal, cinnamon and anise are held back by edgy tannins.
