Tasting notes
The 2019 Pinot Noir Precious Mountain Vineyard is highly aromatic with medicinal herbs, grenadine, and cedar. The palate is more compact, with underlying tension, and notes of red cherry, stony earth, and orange oil. Hold a few years and drink 2025-2038.

The 2019 Pinot Noir Precious Mountain Vineyard is layered and intense, with detailed bitters and herbal tones complementing its pomegranate and blueberry fruit. It continues to gain nuance as it airs in the glass, opening to a perfume of rooibos tea leaves, lavender and graphite. The medium-bodied palate is equally compelling, offering bold fruits supported by grainy tannins and refreshing acidity that calls you back for another sip. Detailed yet powerful, it deserves another 2-3 years in bottle and will be long lived in the cellar.
A lovely dark-fruited nose with plums, black cherries, thyme and earth. Full-bodied with sandy tannins and wet-stone mineral character. Juicy. Paprika and ground cloves accent the fruit. Good weight and texture. Best after 2024.
About the producer
