From a parcel planted in 1942, Roulot's 2022 Meursault 1er Cru Charmes is especially good, offering up aromas of pear, citrus zest, mint, toasted almonds and white flowers, followed by a medium to full-bodied, layered and concentrated palate that's rather rich and muscular, concluding with a long, sapid finish.
