(tasted from cuve Pale color. Aromas of lime blossom, elderflower and mint show a medicinal, almost metallic austerity. Then juicy and surprisingly accessible on the palate, with pineapple and lemon flavors accented by oak spices. Already displaying a lot of personality. At once penetrating and silky; comes across as lower in acidity than the Montrachet but more minerally. Finishes with enticing notes of grapefruit and crushed stone.
