Tasting notes
A little duller than classic Chablis but a certain green-fruit/vegy character. Lots of of personality, not enough follow-through though. (JR)

Outstanding Top value. Ripe aromas of poached pear and apple compote are laced with hints of iodine, lemon rind and a whiff of brine. The succulent, round and sappy middle weight flavors display notably better than average persistence on the citrusy, clean and nicely dry finale. This punches above its weight and is worth a look.
The 2023 Chablis Village, raised for 6 months in barrel, has a pretty nose, light white peach and freshly sliced pear scents. The palate is light and straightforward, a relatively simple Chablis Village compared to previous vintages from Tribut, but elevated by a dash of ginger on the finish. Fine.
