Tasting notes
Restrained lemon curd dominates the nose with chalky minerality and a whiff of riper stone fruit. Slightly lifted acidity yet zesty with buttery flavors, light body and a long, toasty finish. Drink now.

Very light nose. Really quite frothy! Perhaps it’s deliberately meant to be flirtatious but it ends up being just a little evanescent, I think. Just a bit too light for me. (JR)
Lots of baked apples, bread dough and cream. Biscuit, too. Full body. Happy bubbles. Flavorful finish. Old wines in the base wine here, from magnum, making this altogether special. Drink now.
Bright, chardonnay nose with assertive, chalky freshness. Lemons and grilled hazelnuts, as well as fresh cashew nuts and freshly baked brioche. The palate has terrific vitality, plenty of bright apples and lemons and a layered and smooth, pastry-like finish. Drink or hold.
