Vivid and bright, sweet cherry blossom lifts from the glass, accompanied by juicy red plum, nutmeg and clove, with slightly muddled red fruit – reminiscent perhaps of summer pudding. It’s a spicy and mineral wine, with a tight, intense core of fruit on the palate, fine velvet tannins and beautiful freshness on the long, saline and spicy finish. Gorgeous.
