50% Grenache, 50% Syrah. 100% stainless steel. Certified organic and biodynamic (Demeter). Tank sample. Tasted blind. Bright red-fruit aromas with liquorice notes. The palate has a saline and graphite note with a creamy rich forest-fruit compote mid palate. Attractive, but needs time to soften slightly. (AC)
