Tasting notes
More elegant notes of kirsch liqueur, spring flowers, peppery garrigue, and Provençal spice emerge from the 2019 Côtes du Rhône Villages Plan De Dieu. Medium to full-bodied on the palate, it has a wonderful sense of elegance, silky tannins, and a great finish. This is beautifully done, and I would be happy to drink bottles any time over the coming 4-5 years.

The 2019 Cotes du Rhone Villages Plan de Dieu is everything a good example from the region should be. It's fruity and direct without being simple, showing notes of red raspberries, sun-warmed stones and just hints of garrigue and dark chocolate. It's full-bodied and rich without being jammy. It even shows decent length and silky tannins on the finish. Nicely done!
