Score 96/100 · Drink 2029-2044, Jeb Dunnuck, Feb 2024
Still youthful and more tight and closed than on release, the 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon offers wonderfully pure cassis, redcurrants, spice wood, and graphite aromas and flavors in a full-bodied, juicy, focused, incredibly promising style. Based on 100% Cabernet Sauvignon and aged 19 months in 60% new French oak, it has plenty of tannins and a great finish. It needs to be hidden in the cellar for a good 4-5 years, but it’s a beautiful wine in the making that's going to rival the truely greats here. Drink 2029-2044.
