Tasting notes
The 2018 Langhe Nebbiolo is a subtle and silky wine with some of the white pepper that we saw in the Verduno Pelaverga. If I were at my favorite local trattoria or pizzeria, I'd want to drink this wine over any big Barolo you threw my way. The accessible fruit and those bright aromas win your heart and invite a pairing with your favorite foods. Approximately 10,000 bottles were produced.

The 2018 Langhe Nebbiolo is a very pretty, lifted wine. Sweet tobacco, cedar, mint, licorice and crushed raspberries are some of the nuances that give the 2018 its lovely inner perfume and sensuality. This is an especially aromatic style.
Cool, earthy cherry and raspberry fruit on the nose and attractive raspberry and sour-cherry fruit on the palate. Elegant medium weight in spite of its 14.5%. Fine, coating tannins. Quite a beautiful Langhe Nebbiolo and with fantastic balance. (WS)
