Tasting notes
A warmer expression defines the 2022 Roda (91% Tempranillo, 7% Garnacha, 2% Graciano), aged for 16 months in French oak, one-third new. Ripe plum and blackberry unfold alongside tobacco and assertive élevage notes, the oak neatly framing the aromatics. Dry and marked by elevated grip, its notably reactive tannins reflect the warm year, yet freshness and drive remain intact. A modern Rioja that will benefit from time to settle.

Very fine, chalky tannins from this warm vintage, showing refinement and freshness. Long, spicy finish. Really solid. Drink or hold.
