Score 93/100 · Drink 2028-2048, Kristaps Karklins, Wine Advocate, Dec 2025
The 2022 Meursault Les Petits Charrons, drawn from a 0.25-hectare parcel of old vines planted in 1976 on soils richer in sand and stone and poorer in clay than the domaine’s other village-level sites, is elegant and more chiseled than the Clos des Ambres that preceded it in the tasting. Opening in the glass with aromas of jasmine, lemon oil, nashi pear and freshly baked bread, it is medium- to full-bodied, incisive and precise, with a crisp core of fruit, racy acids and a long, saline finish.
