Tasting notes
The 2018 Château St. Georges has a brisk and breezy bouquet of red cherries and soy, not complex but clean and focused. The palate is medium-bodied with tarry black fruit, freshly rolled tobacco and decent weight on the balanced finish. This will do nicely. Drink over the next 5–7 years.

Lots of ripe red and blue fruits as well as chocolate and leafy herbs notes emerge from the 2018 Château Saint George, and this medium to full-bodied, ripe, plump 2018 has terrific purity, some earthy, spicy, cedary undertones, ripe yet present tannins, and a good finish. Drink it over the coming 10-12 years.
The 2018 St. Georges is a terrific choice for an every day red. Deep and pleasantly rustic, the 2018 packs a good deal of punch. Juicy dark cherry, plum, spice, tobacco, licorice, earthy notes and leather all meld together. This mid-weight St. Georges Saint-Émilion has real personality.
Thereâs a candid, brutish character to this with blackberries, wet earth and a walnut undertone. Full and chewy. Like it.
