2021 St Aubin Blanc Les Combes

The 2021 Saint-Aubin Les Combes 1er Cru comprises two barrels this year (one new). It has an effervescent bouquet with lemon verbena and orange zest, energetic and nicely focused. The palate is well balanced with a smooth, waxy-texture opening. There's a lot of dry extract here thanks to the low yields with impressive weight on the finish. Don't ignore this.
