Tasting notes
Fresh strawberries with just a touch of spice open the perfume. On the palate, the wine is soft, creamy, and fresh, with sweetness to the fruits, and vibrant freshness, so you have lift to all the sweet kirsch in the spicy finish. The wine blends 80% Grenache, 10% Syrah, 7% Mourvedre, and 3% Cinsault. Drink from 2024 - 2030.

The base 2021 Châteauneuf Du Pape is mostly Grenache that was brought up in stainless steel and concrete tanks. Kirsch, lavender, peppery garrigue, and spring flower notes jump from the glass of this medium ruby-hued, medium-bodied, charming, layered 2021. It has sweet tannins, terrific balance, and outstanding length.
A blend of 80% Grenache, 10% Syrah, 7% Mourvèdre and 3% Cinsaut, the 2021 Châteauneuf-du-Pape spent six months in stainless steel tanks and nine more in concrete. Showcasing freshness and elegance, it delights with ripe red fruit aromas, smooth tannins and a bright finish.
A well-framed and elegant red with notes of cherries, wild berries, baking spices and dried herbs and flowers. Medium body with fine tannins. Fresh and pure with a transparent character. Very elegant with a succulent core of fresh fruit and a crunchy finish. 80% grenache, 10% syrah, 7% mourvedre and 3% cinsault. Drink or hold.
