2012 Mineral Riesling Trocken

With a name like Mineral you are left in no doubt where the focus of this dry Riesling lies. Still restrained on the nose, the palate does not disappoint expectations, but despite the impact of a pure wet-stone minerality there is enough room for a crisp acidity and some stone-fruit flavours to express themselves.
