The 2021 Haut-Bergeron has an attractive bouquet with acacia honey, yellow plum and light peachy notes, gradually gaining intensity with aeration. The palate is well-balanced with fine weight, the acidity lending tension. The finish has a delightful marmalade and quince tinge that lingers in the mouth. Delightful.

The 2021 Haut-Bergeron has ample dried honey and acacia scents on the nose, nicely defined but not vigorous. The palate is ripe and honeyed on the entry. It needs a little more tension though the finish, but it retains freshness and meliorates in the glass. I would cellar this for several years.
