Tasted blind. Pale apricot. Rich and glorious on the nose. Then lively and fresh. Real pungency. For me this is the best combo of richness and freshness. Complex and stimulating. Appetisingly dry finish. (JR)

Pale yellow. Intensely mineral aromas of mirabelle, peach and melon, underscored by exotic spices. Explosively sweet but with a firm frame of acidity providing restraint and focus; the ripe fruit flavors take on notes of dried flowers and honey. The finish is full and broad, and leaves a sappy impression of concentrated, honeyed, spicy fruits, with striking minerality.
