Tasting notes
70% Merlot and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon. Silky and tasty blackcurrant fruit with just the right degree of toasted oak spices on the palate. Semi-firm tannins, soft acid, medium and moderate length. Absolutely spot on for quaffable bordeaux at this price. GV (RH)

The 2014 Thieuley has a rich cassis and strawberry preserve scented bouquet, mixed with apricot jam and a kiss of hickory. The palate is medium-bodied with a candied opening; quite fleshy and easy-drinking in style with a pleasant if straightforward, savory finish. Drink over the next three or four years.
The 2014 Thieuley is plump, juicy and delicious. Tobacco, cedar and earthy notes add pretty undertones throughout. Drink this hearty, flavorful Bordeaux over the next few years.
45% Sauvignon Blanc, 40% Sémillon, 15% Sauvignon Gris. Has the herby, grassy vibrancy of a Margaret River style – modern, really expressive and with rich leesy texture. Charming and flavoursome. (RH)
