Cerbaiona's proprietary red wine, the 1997 Cerbaiona, is a blend of 60% Sangiovese and 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Syrah. Its dark ruby/purple color is followed by a sweet nose of new saddle leather, soy, cherries, damp earth, and toasty oak. Round and ripe, this 1997 is ideal for consuming over the next 7-8 years.
