2022 St Veran Les Buis

The 2022 Saint-Véran Les Buis, which comes from limestone soils, has another quite neutral bouquet with hints of yellow fruit and Mirabelle, a light stony note underneath. Very discrete/low-key. The palate is medium-bodied with a slightly honeyed opening, as if there was a tiny drop of botrytized fruit in the mix. Fine weight on the finish - this is drinking perfectly now.
