Tasting notes
The 2020 Pouilly-Fuissé, a blend of parcels from each village within the appellation, is designed to represent the style of Château de Beauregard. The parcels can change with each vintage. Now, this has a well-defined and nicely focused bouquet that gently unfolds in the glass. The palate is well balanced with good weight, rounded in texture and smooth edges. Grapefruit and nectarine surface towards the finish. Difficult to resist in its youth.

The 2020 Pouilly-Fuissé, sampled from a blend put together at the domaine, has a more intense and complex nose than the Saint-Véran. It has a bouquet of orange blossom mixed with lemon zest and even a touch of red cherries. The palate is well balanced with a saline entry, very focused with a lovely spiciness emerging towards the finish. Good potential based on this sample.
