From younger vines in Kirchspiel and Abts E. Always the same rows go in this wine. Approximate RS 40 g/l, TA 9.5 g/l. Cask sample. Delicate, light and citrusy. Stony, dry, so fresh and lively. Refined. Juicy, pure lemon and grapefruit. Light but perfectly balanced and so easy to drink. Utterly refreshing. On tiptoe. (JH)
