Tasting notes
Opening with a delicate, fresh and finely defined bouquet, the 2023 Sigalas Rabaud reveals aromas of spices, flowers, ripe orchard fruits and exotic fruits. Medium- to full-bodied, dense and fleshy, it is structured around a vibrant core of fruit and framed by beautifully judged gastronomic bitterness, concluding with a long, gently spicy finish.

The 2023 Sigalas Rabaud has a pretty bouquet with pineapple, lemon thyme and dried honey scents that open gracefully in the glass. The palate is well balanced with fine acidity, lovely viscosity, bright and lively, with a touch of pineapple on the finish. Delicious!
Dried mushroom, honey and white pepper aromas. Medium- to full-bodied, sweet and luscious, with vibrancy to balance the intensity of the sweetness. Very balanced, absorbing and incisive. 100% semillon. Drinkable now, but will improve for a decade or more. Drink or hold.
Beautiful depth and grip, great quality, luscious, pineapple and pear, tarte tatin, graphite, crayon, citrus zest. 140g/l residual sugar. Lambert des Granges family, 33% new oak for ageing.
